I know I have to post, but nothings really coming to mind.

Ok.....



Going into Manhattan tonight to meet up with Dr. Jon and watch the Miami-Florida State game. We're both Miami fans, and he went to school there. Todd and I both worked at Bars/Restaurants across the street from UM's campus and have followed them with enthusiasm for years.

Tonight continues one branch of the triple-rivalry that can only occur when 3 of the most powerful dynasties in the history of the game are all located within the same state.



That's why they call Florida a football factory.

Miami alone has had 20 players selected in the first round of the NFL draft in just 4 years, and UF and FSU have contributed quite a few themselves.

Tonight also may continue the Kicking Curse that has plagued FSU in previous years when they play Miami.

5 times FSU and Miami have been competing for National Titles and the games all came down to FSU's kicker having a chance to win a very close, very important game against their nemesis Miami.

All 5 times FSU's kickers missed. The first 2 times it happened, the games got named Wide Right 1, Wide Right 2, becoming part of football lore forever. After it kept happening they stopped naming the games and just hoped it continued.
